Late last Friday evening, Hernan Vedia Lopez, a port worker at the TPS (South Pacific Terminal) facility, was apparently struck and killed by a rubber tired gantry crane within the terminal’s container yard. We understand that the yard was associated with operations at Berth 5 (see photo below). This is tragic story but We can't really predict accident we can't really prevent it
